Frequently Asked Questions

Monthly Memberships draft on the 19th of every month.  Your first payment will be prorated upon signing up, making it easier to get started. 

Yes.  Monthly Memberships can be frozen for up to a maximum of three (3) months during one calendar year.  The normal Membership draft will resume automatically on the 19th after the specified freeze period ends.  Please be aware of this date.  Memberships must complete one full cycle before any freeze or cancel requests. 

No.  Memberships and Club Bronze annual package sales are considered final, and are non-refundable, non-transferrable, and non-shareable. 

We hate to see you go, but we make cancelling easy and look forward to your return!  Simply visit us in person or call the salon.  Please do so by the 15th of the month.  Late requests after the 15th will result in memberships running an additional month.
